Children can be extremely capricious and finding recipes they like is a real challenge for mothers. For this reason, we offer you an easy recipe for biscuits that will appeal to both children and adults.

Cooking time-30m
INGREDIENTS:
-2 apples
-1 very ripe banana
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-3 tablespoons oatmeal
Preparation:
1

Mash the banana with a fork until you get a fine puree. Add cinnamon and olive oil. Stir, then include the oatmeal. Put the apples through a large grater and drain the excess juice.

2

Do not squeeze them completely, the juice will make the cookies more fragile. Add the apples to the mixture and stir.

3

Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes. It is important that the oatmeal softens. Smaller oatmeal is preferable because it softens faster.

4

Then shape the biscuits in your palms. You can place them in the pan, directly on the baking paper. Place them in a preheated oven at 150-180 degrees for 25 minutes.

5

They can be ready in a shorter time, depending on the oven. You don't have to toast them too much. The contents should be soft at the end.
