If you are on a diet or just want to eliminate sugar from your daily routine, this is your dessert. Today we present you a recipe for chocolate souffle without sugar!

Composition:

  • 2 proteins;
  • 2 egg yolks;
  • 150 g dark chocolate without sugar;
  • 170 ml of milk;
  • 1 tablespoon starch;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • sweetener, to taste;
  • grated chocolate without sugar for decoration.

Method of preparation:

1. Break the pieces of chocolate. Put the milk on the fire and when it shows the first signs that it is starting to boil, pour it over the chocolate.

2. Mix with a fork to melt the composition, allow to cool and include the yolks and starch. Separately beat the egg whites with the salt and sweetener until foamy and mix them up and down in the chocolate.

3. Spread baking paper in 2 ceramic molds, pour the mixture and put them in the oven on high heat for 8-10 minutes without opening the door. Take them out of the tins and serve them warm, decorated to your liking.
