-2 carrots
-2 peppers
-1 head onion
-¾ cup of sugar
-4 tablespoons tomato sauce

Take the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes. Then season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic and put it in a hot pan with two tablespoons of oil. The chicken pieces are left to fry for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat becomes tender and golden.

You can then take care of the vegetables, which need to be cleaned and cut into small pieces. We recommend that you cut carrots into long thin strips, and peppers and onions into cubes. Also, for a stronger taste, you can add to this recipe a few diced pineapple, which will give the composition a much sweeter taste.

After putting a few tablespoons of oil in the pan, you can let the pan heat up on the fire. Then add the vegetables, stirring constantly, for 5-10 minutes. This way the vegetables will be fried evenly and will retain their color and taste.

On top of the hardened vegetables, add the chicken, along with the sweet and sour sauce, depending on the taste. Then mix the ingredients until the whole composition is homogeneous.

You can use ready-made sweet and sour sauce, which you can buy in a supermarket, or prepare it at home if you have the necessary ingredients. For the sweet and sour sauce you need ¾ a cup of sugar, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce or ketchup, ½ a cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. All the ingredients are added to a bowl and mixed, and finally the sauce is added on the chicken steak and on the hardened vegetables.
